Instructional Designer

Responsibilities

• Analyze learner needs and objectives to design instructional materials
• Develop scripts, storyboards, and prototypes for e-learning courses
• Create engaging multimedia content including visuals and animations
• Evaluate effectiveness of instructional materials through feedback and data analysis
• Collaborate with team members to implement instructional design best practices
• Ensure materials are accessible and inclusive for diverse learners
• Stay updated on trends in instructional design and adult learning theories

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or Educational Technology
• 3+ years of experience in instructional design
• Strong understanding of adult learning theories
• Proficiency in Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar authoring tools
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM/AICC standards
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
