Instructional Designer

Responsibilities

• Develop eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline or Rise with guidance from senior team members
• Apply interactivity, multimedia elements, and assessments aligned to learning objectives
• Translate source materials and SME inputs into structured storyboards, scripts, and scenario-based learning
• Use Gen AI tools (such as ChatGPT or Claude) to support content drafting and iteration
• Ensure SCORM compliance, cross-platform functionality, and adherence to design systems
• Conduct quality checks and follow established QA processes to ensure accuracy

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in instructional design, eLearning development, or content creation
• Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline or Rise
• Working knowledge of instructional design principles including ADDIE and Bloom’s Taxonomy
• Strong written communication skills and high attention to detail
• Ability to manage tasks, meet deadlines, and communicate progress effectively

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to AI video or animation tools like Synthesia, Vyond, or Runway
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and SCORM standards
• Basic experience with visual design tools such as Canva or Adobe Express
• Awareness of accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Instructional design or eLearning certifications
