Instructional Designer

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging corporate learning solutions across digital, virtual, in-person, and blended formats.
• Create detailed storyboards, learning objectives, assessments, and instructional activities using PowerPoint and Word.
• Build high-quality instructor-led and digital materials, including instructor guides, participant guides, and job aids.
• Use authoring tools like Articulate Storyline and Rise to produce SCORM-compliant digital learning assets.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to translate complex content into intuitive learner experiences.
• Incorporate graphics, audio, video, and interactive elements into learning solutions.
• Manage assigned deliverables to ensure timely completion aligned with project timelines.

Requirements

• 4 to 9 years of instructional design experience in corporate learning environments.
• Proficiency in Articulate Storyline and Rise.
• Strong experience developing storyboards and instructional materials in PowerPoint and Word.
• Solid understanding of adult learning principles and frameworks such as ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy, and Gagné.
• Familiarity with SCORM standards and LMS environments.
• Ability to work onsite full-time in Noida, India.
• Excellent writing, structuring, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Adapt, Camtasia, or Adobe creative tools.
• Experience working in technology-enabled or GenAI-supported content development workflows.
