Instructional Designer

Responsibilities

• Develop eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline or Rise, incorporating interactivity, multimedia, and assessments.
• Translate source materials and SME inputs into structured learning content, storyboards, and scripts.
• Utilize Gen AI tools (such as ChatGPT or Claude) to support content drafting and iteration.
• Ensure all modules are SCORM compliant and follow established design systems and style guides.
• Conduct quality checks and adhere to established QA processes to ensure accuracy and functionality.
• Collaborate with Senior Instructional Designers and Learning Experience Architects on global client projects.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in instructional design, eLearning development, or content creation.
• Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline or Rise.
• Working knowledge of instructional design principles, including ADDIE and Bloom’s Taxonomy.
• Ability to create structured content and basic storyboards.
• Strong written communication skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to work onsite in Noida, India.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to AI video or animation tools like Synthesia, Vyond, or Runway.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and SCORM standards.
• Basic experience with visual design tools such as Canva or Adobe Express.
• Awareness of WCAG accessibility standards.
• Instructional design or eLearning certifications.
