Instructional Designer

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze feedback from course participants and stakeholders to optimize content.
• Identify opportunities to improve learning experiences based on instructional design best practices.
• Create and update course content, including multimedia assets, assessments, and interactivities.
• Apply instructional design principles to enhance learner engagement and course effectiveness.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and relevancy.
• Create and update content bundles by stitching together existing courses with new content.
• Stay updated on the latest e-learning trends and technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Educational Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in instructional design or a similar role.
• Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate.
• Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong communication, writing, and editing skills.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and high attention to detail.
