Instructional Designer

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging, interactive e-learning content aligned with specific learning objectives
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, product managers, and developers to create effective digital learning solutions
• Apply UX/UI principles to enhance learner engagement through intuitive and visually appealing interfaces
• Create comprehensive course development plans, including storyboarding, scripting, and multimedia integration
• Manage end-to-end e-learning project lifecycles, including timelines, resource coordination, and feedback management
• Regularly review and update existing learning content to ensure accuracy and alignment with product changes
• Assist in the setup, configuration, and management of content within Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Provide technical support to users regarding LMS functionality and e-learning content issues

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, Digital Media, or a related field
• Proven experience in e-learning design, instructional design, or digital learning development
• Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, Synthesia, and Camtasia
• Experience working with various Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Strong understanding of instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning principles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
• Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Academic background, certifications, or professional experience in accounting, auditing, or finance (e.g., CPA, CA, ACCA)
• Knowledge of gamification and didactic design principles
