Instructional Designer

Responsibilities

• Support the strategy, planning, creation, and deployment of eLearning and microlearning materials
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to ensure a unified tone, style, and voice across all content
• Design and develop SCORM compliant eLearning courses
• Transform complex, unstructured data into user-friendly, usable learning information
• Manage all aspects of the development and project lifecycle, including scope, estimation, and timelines
• Create final content for client-facing training and documentation
• Analyze and translate technical and functional designs into instructional materials

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience with eLearning development tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Easygenerator, or DominKnow
• 2-3 years of experience using instructional design methodologies like SAM or ADDIE
• Proficiency with screen capture and editing tools such as Camtasia, Snippet, or Snagit
• Strong ability to perform content analysis, modeling, and structured writing
• Experience participating in Agile meetings and translating initiatives into training requirements
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cognitive adult learning theories
• Experience working with Learning Management Systems, specifically Cornerstone
• Background in the banking industry, including platforms, payments, or online financial solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Technical Communications, Professional Writing, English, or Journalism
