Instructional Design Specialist (Digital Asset Developer)

Responsibilities

• Design and develop detailed, accurate, and optimized 3D models of mechanical, electrical, and structural components based on engineering drawings and product specifications.
• Support the integration of 3D models into AR/VR platforms like Unity or Keyshot for interactive training experiences.
• Collaborate with instructional designers, engineers, and developers to translate technical content into interactive digital assets.
• Apply textures, lighting, and materials to enhance visual fidelity while maintaining performance for real-time applications across desktop, mobile, and headsets.
• Maintain an organized library of reusable digital assets and version-controlled files.
• Coordinate with regional teams globally to tailor training programs to specific technical requirements and cultural nuances.
• Leverage AR/VR technologies to create immersive training modules for complex high-density cooling systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, Computer Graphics, Game Design, Industrial Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in digital asset creation, management, or game design.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software such as SolidWorks, Creo Parametric, or CATIA.
• Proficiency in 3D rendering software such as Keyshot, Cinema4D, or Blender.
• Experience with video editing programs like Adobe Premiere or After Effects.
• Strong communication skills and experience working with globally diverse teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in instructional design and training delivery.
• Familiarity with AR/VR development platforms such as Unity or Unreal Engine.
• Understanding of real-time rendering workflows and asset pipeline integration.
• Basic understanding of scripting languages such as C#, Python, or Blueprint.
