About the role
Responsibilities
- Implement commercial development programs by planning, coordinating, and communicating recruitment and training strategies.
- Manage instructional design tools and resources to provide the sales force with innovative learning options.
- Lead the Instructional Design team, aligning their efforts with the recruitment and development needs of the business.
- Diagnose needs and generate customized development programs and events for the sales force and commercial areas.
- Administer area resources, budgets, and processes to ensure project progress and achievement of objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Training, or Human and Organizational Development.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in material creation and leading training teams.
- Advanced English proficiency (ability to translate technical content).
- Strong knowledge of didactics and sales cycles.
- Knowledge of the insurance industry.
- Availability to travel 6 to 10 days per month.
