Instructional Design & Learning Strategy Lead

Responsibilities

• Design and build core learning curricula covering onboarding, professional skills, and role-readiness pathways.
• Develop structured leadership programs for emerging and mid-level leaders focusing on coaching, decision-making, and strategic thinking.
• Create engaging learning experiences across multiple modalities, including instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced e-learning.
• Apply evidence-based learning principles such as spaced repetition and microlearning to maximize retention.
• Facilitate workshops and cohort programs in both virtual and in-person environments.
• Define and implement an AI learning and adoption strategy to help employees integrate AI tools into their workflows.
• Partner with People Ops and Talent teams to identify capability gaps and design targeted interventions.
• Evaluate program effectiveness using learner feedback and business impact metrics.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in instructional design, L&D, or a closely related field.
• Proven track record of building structured curricula from the ground up.
• Strong facilitation skills with the ability to create high-energy, psychologically safe learning environments.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools and LMS/LXP platforms.
• Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts and their practical applications in a business context.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex topics.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in financial services, technology, or other fast-paced, highly analytical environments.
• Familiarity with learning measurement frameworks such as Kirkpatrick or Phillips ROI.
• Hands-on experience using generative AI tools to accelerate content development workflows.
