Instore Visual Merchandiser

Responsibilities

• Implement shop window and interior fitouts according to HQ guidelines to enhance brand image and sales.
• Maintain store window and interior displays on a daily basis.
• Adapt merchandising based on sales trends, market peculiarities, and customer targets.
• Cooperate with Retail Merchandising to identify appropriate outfits for the market and season.
• Provide guidance to Store Managers and Category Managers to maintain department fitouts.
• Train store staff on the fundamentals of Visual Merchandising.
• Report periodical fitout changes and photos to the HQ VM Department.
• Monitor competitors and provide feedback on local market trends and sales performance.
• Manage visual props, including replenishment, returns, and maintenance.
• Support HQ Communication & PR functions for in-store events and press presentations.

Requirements

• Solid experience in Visual Merchandising.
• Strong knowledge of the department store environment.
• High understanding of the luxury industry, including products, clients, and market trends.
• Fluent in both French and English.
• Ability to work autonomously and rigorously, both independently and within a team.
