Instore Visual Merchandiser

Responsibilities

• Interpret VM Guidelines to identify key collections, hot items, and seasonal products
• Execute 360º store movements and visual merchandising refreshes
• Propose and implement layout changes within the store to optimize space
• Ensure constant compliance with visual merchandising standards
• Train and communicate VM, backroom, and replenishment standards to the store team
• Manage communication materials and display elements, ensuring correct quantities and maintenance
• Design and assemble window displays (vidrieras)
• Manage weekly delivery priorities, focusing on new arrivals and managing sold-out items
• Analyze best and worst sellers to make commercial decisions that drive sales
• Assist with stock controlling and occasional cash register operations

Requirements

• Degree or currently studying Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, Interior Design, or related fields
• At least one year of experience in a similar visual merchandising role
• Wide availability of schedule
• Strong interest in the fashion and accessories industry
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
