Institutional Trader

Responsibilities

• Own and manage day-to-day institutional sales trading across the full product suite including ETFs, Fixed Income, ADRs, and Digital Assets
• Work closely with proprietary trading desks to communicate trading strategies and liquidity offerings to institutional counterparties
• Establish and maintain relationships with asset managers, hedge funds, pension funds, insurance companies, and broker-dealers
• Build and manage ETF issuer relationships, providing market structure feedback and supporting new product launches
• Collaborate with ETF issuers and authorized participants on basket construction and capital markets strategy
• Represent the firm at industry conferences, roadshows, and seminars

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in ETF sales trading, capital markets, or a related institutional markets role
• Undergraduate degree in finance, economics, business, or a relevant field
• Proven experience building relationships within the institutional markets community
• Strong analytical skills to synthesize market data and identify opportunities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Series 7 certification required

Preferred Qualifications

• Series 57, 63, and 3 licenses
