Institutional Territory Manager - Project Construction Manager

Responsibilities

• Prepare service proposals for healthcare facilities to ensure medical gas system compliance.
• Manage customer service requests, including technical inquiries, emergency responses, and site visits.
• Develop turnkey project proposals by compiling subcontractor quotes, labor costs, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate RFPs, purchase orders, and subcontracts while acting as the primary contact during pre-construction.
• Interpret project documents to create work plans for timely, on-budget procurement and execution.
• Source and pre-qualify vendors and subcontractors for specialized services like offsite fabrication and rigging.
• Monitor supply chain variances and identify potential change orders to manage project risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in project management involving excavation and manufacturing construction.
• Proven experience with cryogenic gases, bulk gas systems, and medical gas distribution.
• Expertise in selecting pipeline materials and performing flow, pressure, and velocity calculations.
• Ability to design medical gas pipeline systems, including routing pipes and creating isometric drawings.
• Knowledge of Building and Fire Codes and standards for high-pressure gas installations.
• Ability to travel up to 75% domestically.
