Institutional Structured Products Associate

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop relationships with institutional clients including hedge funds, money managers, insurance companies, and banks.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client interactions, covering MBS, ABS, CLOs, CMBS, esoteric, and private credit markets.
• Coordinate between trading, banking, and financing teams to provide comprehensive service and product offerings.
• Identify and pursue new sales prospects and generate leads to drive revenue growth.
• Distribute relevant market research, desk color, and banking transaction information to appropriate stakeholders and clients.
• Collaborate with senior partners, trading desks, and bankers to uncover public and private market opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in a relevant sell-side or buy-side sales, trading, or banking role.
• FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Strong proficiency in financial calculations and analytical problem-solving.
• Demonstrated experience in executing structured products new issue or secondary trading.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Bloomberg, Intex, or Tableau.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
• Ability to navigate complex internal stakeholder environments and drive initiatives.
