Institutional Sales - Financial Products - VP/Director - EMEA

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality sales coverage for France and the EMEA region for institutional clients.
• Drive revenue growth by managing existing client relationships and developing a new client pipeline.
• Target institutional clients including Asset Managers, Hedge Funds, Insurance companies, and Pension funds.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders such as Credit, Compliance, Legal, Trading, and Risk to ensure seamless business activity.
• Assist with the onboarding of new client relationships and maintain ongoing engagement.
• Strategize to increase P&L through market analysis and identifying synergies across the Solutions business.
• Ensure strict adherence to FCA and local regulatory requirements and company operational risk frameworks.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working in financial markets at a sell-side organization.
• Deep understanding of structured products and derivatives, specifically OTC (hedging and overlays), Structured notes, and QIS.
• Strong analytical skills and a comprehensive knowledge of financial service markets.
• Experience working within a regulated environment with a solid grasp of risk and compliance requirements.
• FCA or relevant local certification.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and as a collaborative team player in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of one or more European languages.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining long-lasting institutional relationships.
