About the role

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Institutional Sales Team in identifying new business development opportunities and working toward a junior sales role.
  • Conduct investor outreach, maintain sales pipelines, schedule meetings, and prepare follow-up materials.
  • Support sales campaigns by researching asset owners, consultants, investor trends, fees, and potential mandates.
  • Assist the Consultant Relations team with coverage, reporting, and responding to ad-hoc requests.
  • Maintain marketing collateral for various investment strategies.
  • Coordinate with the RFP team, portfolio managers, and legal departments to ensure the successful completion of the RFP process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-4+ years of experience working with Institutional Sales, Consultant Relations, Marketing, or Sales Enablement teams.
  • Familiarity with the Asset Management landscape and institutional distribution channels.
  • Series 7 and 63 licenses (already passed or the ability to obtain them within 3 months of starting).
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across dynamic, cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience with the RFP or DDQ (Due Diligence Questionnaire) process.
