About the role

Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard institutional prospects including hedge funds, family offices, VCs, and high-frequency trading firms
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from cold outreach and lead qualification to KYC/onboarding and trade execution
  • Articulate the value proposition of OTC Spot liquidity, Options/Derivatives, and Market Making services
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients to ensure white-glove service
  • Collaborate with the Trading Desk to communicate market color and ensure seamless execution
  • Work with Legal and Compliance teams to navigate AMER institutional onboarding requirements

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in Institutional Sales, Business Development, or Trading
  • Strong foundational understanding of OTC trading and market-making mechanics
  • Knowledge of the digital asset ecosystem
  • Ability to distill complex blockchain services into actionable insights
  • High resilience and a "hunter" mentality
