About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard institutional prospects including hedge funds, family offices, VCs, and high-frequency trading firms
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from cold outreach and lead qualification to KYC/onboarding and trade execution
- Articulate the value proposition of OTC Spot liquidity, Options/Derivatives, and Market Making services
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients to ensure white-glove service
- Collaborate with the Trading Desk to communicate market color and ensure seamless execution
- Work with Legal and Compliance teams to navigate AMER institutional onboarding requirements
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Institutional Sales, Business Development, or Trading
- Strong foundational understanding of OTC trading and market-making mechanics
- Knowledge of the digital asset ecosystem
- Ability to distill complex blockchain services into actionable insights
- High resilience and a "hunter" mentality
