Institutional Relations Executive

Responsibilities

• Prepare key messages, speeches, and briefs for public interventions by the Vice Presidency and other spokespeople.
• Coordinate the relational agenda, prioritizing forums, events, and spaces with high reputational impact.
• Manage communication with external agencies to ensure coherence and alignment of corporate messaging.
• Support the representation of TOUS before institutions, organizations, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Identify and propose initiatives to strengthen TOUS's positioning within family business, industry, and related sectors.
• Develop and adapt institutional content, including notes and materials, for various channels and contexts.
• Collaborate on defining messages linked to both internal and external initiatives with reputational impact.

Requirements

• Postgraduate degree (Master/MBA) in Corporate Communication, Institutional Relations, Public Affairs, Business Administration, or a similar field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles or within a relevant industry sector.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong institutional vision and high attention to detail.
