Institutional Investor Engagement Specialist

Responsibilities

• Identify, maintain and develop long-standing relationships with institutional investors
• Accommodate LP investment strategies by facilitating 1:1 meetings with relevant fund managers
• Support delivery of exclusive products such as roundtables, panel sessions, and VIP receptions
• Secure audiences extending beyond institutional investors, including GPs, when required

Requirements

• UK work permit (essential)
• No specific previous work experience required; training provided
• Relentless drive and desire to excel
• High sense of urgency and strong work ethic
• Proactive ownership mindset with follow-through on commitments
• Curiosity about people and passion for building relationships
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong ability to structure and prioritize work
