Institutional Investor Engagement Specialist

Responsibilities

• Identify, maintain, and develop long-standing relationships with institutional investors and key stakeholders
• Accommodate LP investment strategies by facilitating one-on-one meetings with relevant fund managers
• Support delivery of exclusive products including roundtables, panel sessions, and VIP receptions
• Secure audiences extending beyond institutional investors, such as GPs, when required

Requirements

• Italian language fluency
• UK work permit
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities
• Proactive mindset with ownership and follow-through
• Relentless drive and high sense of urgency
• Curiosity about people and passion for building relationships
• No specific previous work experience required; training is provided
