Institutional Investment Operations Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and customer support for lifecycle tasks for institutional trades
• Assist with client account onboarding, cash payment monitoring, and funding operations
• Support custodial operations, securities settlement services, and asset servicing
• Perform general ledger reconciliation and resolve confirmation and ISDA related issues
• Gather data to support issue resolution and collaborate with peers to achieve goals
• Exercise judgment within defined parameters while following established policies and procedures

Requirements

• 6+ months of Institutional Investment Operations experience (or equivalent through work, training, military, or education)
• Knowledge of client account onboarding processes
• Understanding of securities settlement services
• Ability to perform general ledger reconciliation
