Institutional Giving Manager

Responsibilities

• Research, write, and manage all foundation, government, and corporate grant proposals, reports, and letters of inquiry
• Maintain a comprehensive grants calendar to ensure timely submission of applications and required reporting
• Manage relationships with foundation program officers, government agency staff, and corporate partners
• Develop and refine corporate sponsorship packages tailored to performances, programs, and special events
• Research and identify new institutional funders to build a robust development pipeline
• Collaborate cross-departmentally with Finance, Programming, and Marketing to ensure accurate proposal data and donor recognition

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 3–5 years of experience in nonprofit development, grant writing, or institutional fundraising
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills
• Strong organization and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Experience working with CRM or fundraising databases (Salesforce preferred)
• Demonstrated success securing foundation, government, or corporate support

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in government grant management
• Experience working within the performing arts or cultural sector

Benefits

• Competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000
