Institutional Client Services Representative

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary liaison for professional clients, including banks, hedge funds, financial advisors, and introducing brokers
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical, account, and trade-related queries via telephone, ticket, and live chat
• Escalate high-level issues to relevant stakeholders and propose process improvements
• Support client onboarding and maintain long-term professional relationships
• Participate in ad hoc projects such as client training and market research

Requirements

• Fluency in French, German, and English is required
• 1-2 years of client-facing experience, preferably within a global financial institution
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Banking, Finance, or a relevant commercial banking apprenticeship
• Strong knowledge of listed equities, options, futures, and/or FX
• Analytical problem-solving skills and a passion for financial markets and technology

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in a fourth European language
• Prior experience in international settlements or clearing operations
