Institutional Client Service Executive

Responsibilities

• Act as a key point of contact for institutional clients, addressing inquiries from fund managers and service providers professionally.
• Support the North American sales team by creating sales collateral, due diligence materials, and managing marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate and book new client business meetings and manage documentation collection.
• Manage client records, onboarding cases, and credit applications within Salesforce CRM.
• Maintain advanced knowledge of the alternative investment industry, including fund structures and investment strategies.
• Provide data collation and reporting for senior sales leaders, including sales pipeline information.
• Perform day-to-day supervision and development of the team as the department grows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of client services experience within the financial services industry.
• Strong background in fund administration or alternative investments.
• Deep understanding of private equity, hedge funds, real estate, and venture capital.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Experience or knowledge of Salesforce CRM.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with sophisticated institutional investors.
