Installer

Responsibilities

• Perform physical labor tasks related to the installation of synthetic turf fields
• Assist in field setup and position aluminum stencils for inlaid field markings
• Operate straight edges and tools used in turf alignment and installation
• Cut turf materials precisely using scissors and razor knives
• Install field markings and logos by embedding them into hot glue
• Inspect turf seams to ensure high-quality bonding and alignment
• Maintain a clean and organized job site and follow all company safety protocols

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 21 years of age
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate
• Clean criminal background
• Willingness to travel frequently, including regular overnight travel
• Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug screenings

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction or field installation
