About the role
Responsibilities
- Installation of all non-electrical interior/exterior components and hardware
- Set work priorities to meet production goals as scheduled
- Assist in training installers at all skill levels
- Meet minimum safety, 5S, QA, and QC standards
- Handle hazardous waste appropriately and follow contingency plans
- Maintain cooperative working relationships
Requirements
- One year of experience in a related manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and layouts
- Proficiency with pneumatic and power tools (drills, screw guns, etc.)
- Ability to use linear and other measuring devices
- Basic mathematics skills
- General knowledge of OSHA and EPA standards
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work in 105-degree heat
- Ability to stand for ten hours a day
