About the role
Responsibilities
- Mechanically install reverse vending machines at customer sites in the Heidelberg/Mannheim/Darmstadt/Frankfurt region
- Independently commission, program, and configure systems
- Conduct product training and instruction for customers on efficient system use
- Document all work in the order management system
- Travel to customer sites using the provided company car as your mobile workplace
Requirements
- Completed technical apprenticeship (e.g., locksmith, metalworker, industrial mechanic)
- Suitable for career starters; structured and independent working style in technical field service
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Good German language skills (B2) and basic English
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Class B driver’s license and enjoyment of driving
- Willingness to stay overnight in hotels approximately two nights per week on average
