About the role

Responsibilities

  • Monitor construction progress against the project schedule and report daily advances.
  • Manage on-site personnel, including scheduling and productivity monitoring.
  • Conduct quality inspections of installations against current plans and technical specifications.
  • Oversee mechanical, sanitary, electrical, and control installations.
  • Perform integrity checks on refrigeration equipment and prepare work generators (isometrics).
  • Maintain daily photographic reports and document all site incidents in logs and via email.
  • Manage on-site inventory and review material requests.
  • Ensure the handover of refrigeration installations to service/maintenance teams within 15 days of system startup.

Requirements

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in construction, installations, or site work.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems.
  • Availability to work a Monday through Saturday schedule.
  • Ability to travel to project sites as required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Engineering degree or equivalent technical education.
