About the role
Responsibilities
- Schedule Tracker unit fitments and technical service requests within the Northern Region.
- Monitor and manage the effective utilization of technicians, including managing slots for leave and vehicle service.
- Perform data capturing, contract administration, and daily statistical reporting.
- Liaise with technicians regarding appointments and manage the outsourcing of work to fitment centres.
- Resolve customer queries via telephone, email, MS Teams, SMS, and WhatsApp within established SLAs.
- Maintain high customer service standards and manage potential appointment cancellations.
- Build and maintain relationships with various partners and internal departments.
Requirements
- Matric certificate.
- At least 1 year of experience in a Contact Centre environment.
- Strong computer literacy with excellent typing and accurate data capturing skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Strong analytical and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and perform under pressure in a highly motivated team.
- Bilingualism (English and Afrikaans) is considered an advantage.
