Responsibilities
- Supervise the installation and maintenance of complex hydropower systems
- Manage site activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and correct execution of tasks
- Organize resources and equipment autonomously to follow established assembly procedures
- Apply and enforce safety directives and regulations within the construction site
Requirements
- Technical diploma in a relevant field
- Strong knowledge of mechanical assembly and mechanics
- Ability to read blueprints and hydraulic schematics
- Experience in resource coordination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Basic knowledge of English
- Valid Driver's license (Category B)
- Willingness to travel for site assignments
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
