About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the installation and maintenance of complex hydroelectric plant systems
- Oversee site organization, ensuring activities adhere to schedules and correct execution procedures
- Independently organize resources and equipment to follow established assembly plans
- Apply and enforce all safety directives and regulations within the construction site
Requirements
- Technical institute diploma
- Knowledge of mechanical assembly, including reading blueprints and hydraulic schematics
- Experience with large-scale components and overhead crane operations
- Strong team coordination and resource management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic English language skills
- Valid Driver's License (Category B)
- Willingness to travel for site assignments
- Residency in the Vicenza province
