About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end customer experience from order to installation, applying knowledge of company processes, local laws, and international compliance.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales consulting regarding order fulfillment, service requests, repair/calibration, and contract administration.
- Resolve complex customer service issues for multi-country or multi-regional accounts.
- Act as a primary liaison between customers and internal departments including Sales, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Service Delivery.
- Influence production schedules, shipping schedules, and pricing changes to meet customer needs.
- Identify and follow up on potential business opportunities and manage regional or multi-country projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Post-graduate certification or license may be required.
- Ability to read and write in one or more languages may be required.
