About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual site surveys and validate electrical, wiring, and networking infrastructure readiness
- Install and configure POS hardware including workstations, printers, routers, and firewalls
- Deliver onsite training and live support for restaurant staff and management
Requirements
- 2-3 years of restaurant and/or technical support experience
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
- Ability to travel 50-75% including overnight stays
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree in IT, Networking, or Systems Administration
- Experience in fintech or SaaS environments
- Proven success in 50+ POS installations
