Installation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Install appliance prototypes in real home environments to test suitability for European kitchen furniture
• Proactively propose correct product dimensions based on installation requirements
• Collaborate with Product Planning, Design, and Development teams to ensure functionality and safety standards
• Work with the German Kitchen Association to participate in discussions regarding norm and standard changes
• Monitor market trends and consumer usage patterns by participating in kitchen fairs and industry events

Requirements

• 3-5 years of installation experience specifically within the kitchen built-in appliance segment
• Successfully completed professional installation training
• Deep understanding of the kitchen built-in market and appliance dimensions (refrigerators, ovens, induction hobs, dishwashers)
• Fluency in both German and English
• High level of flexibility, resilience, and self-motivation
