About the role
Responsibilities
- Study, analysis, and design of installation works
- Preparation of installation budgets
- Site layout and installation planning
- Negotiation with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Management of human and material resources for project execution
- Cost tracking and control
- Collaboration with drafting teams on execution plans
- Technical support for the site manager
- Planning, management, and supervision of assigned projects
Requirements
- Higher technical degree or engineering degree in electrical, mechanical, or HVAC installations
- At least 2 years of experience
- Knowledge of HVAC, heating, electricity, boilermaking, control, and regulation
- Familiarity with work certificates and measurements
- Advanced proficiency in Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Navision, Presto, and MS Project
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience in HVAC and ventilation installations
- Experience with steam installations
- Experience with control installations
- Possession of a 60-hour PRL (Prevention of Occupational Risks) course
