About the role
Responsibilities
- Technical layout of projects to improve work margins
- Direct interlocutor with clients, technical management, and engineering
- Implementation of safety plans with the PRL department
- Management of suppliers and subcontractors
- Document management including licenses, permits, and work handovers
- Planning and organizing site works and supervising subcontractors
- Receiving equipment and materials on site
- Coordination of site personnel and commissioning of installations
Requirements
- Intermediate or higher vocational training (Grado medio/superior)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical and/or mechanical installations
- Ability to interpret plans and diagrams for HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical installations
- Experience in personnel and subcontractor planning
- Ability to perform preventive resource functions
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic Level Occupational Risk Prevention Course (60H)
