Installation Manager | Warehouse Manager | HVAC & Plumbing Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate residential HVAC and plumbing installation projects
• Schedule and support installation crews to ensure job readiness
• Ensure all equipment, materials, permits, and paperwork are prepared before each job
• Manage warehouse organization, inventory tracking, and purchasing needs
• Stage upcoming installation jobs and coordinate deliveries, subcontractors, and inspections
• Support installers with logistics and on-site problem-solving
• Maintain fleet, warehouse, and shop organization
• Collaborate with sales, dispatch, and management to improve operational efficiency

Requirements

• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Mechanical aptitude and understanding of construction or installation operations
• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, warehouse management, or construction operations preferred
• Inventory management and purchasing experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated problem solver who takes ownership of results
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
