Installation Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee 3 to 4 project managers within the territory
• Inspect all aspects of projects to determine scope of work
• Communicate agreements between the company and customers
• Negotiate directly with customers to alter specific plan terms when necessary
• Analyze legal requirements for licensing and permitting
• Recruit, screen, and manage crew members and subcontractors
• Ensure projects are completed to specification and follow safety regulations
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and develop relationships with suppliers and clients

Requirements

• 5+ years of Project Management experience
• Experience overseeing project managers and subcontractors
• Familiarity with residential roofing, siding, windows, and doors
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between sites
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
