Installation Engineer

Responsibilities

• Execute physical installation and dismantlement of scenic elements, structures, and custom props
• Interpret technical drawings, assembly guides, and site layouts for accurate setup
• Perform quality checks to ensure structural integrity and finish quality
• Resolve minor technical issues on-site and address punch-list items
• Adhere to all HSE protocols and participate in safety briefings
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and rigging equipment
• Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting fabricated elements

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on installation experience in event industry or exhibition fit-out
• Practical knowledge of carpentry, metal fabrication, and rigging
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and assembly diagrams
• Familiarity with load-in/load-out procedures and logistics
• Physically fit and able to work in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD familiarity is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Working at Height certification
• IPAF/MEWP certification
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction
