Installation Coordinator/Engineer

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage on-site installation activities for hydropower projects, including turbines, generators, and subsystems.
• Analyze scope of supply and participate in design reviews during the preparation phase.
• Prepare installation plans, activity schedules, cost estimates, and installation manuals.
• Optimize site staffing structures and prepare procurement specifications for subcontractors.
• Organize site infrastructure, part layouts, and storage plans.
• Monitor installation progress through regular site visits and provide technical support to the site team.
• Coordinate with engineering to resolve technical issues and manage program updates and progress reports.
• Analyze installation costs and progress, including deviation analysis.

Requirements

• Technical Diploma.
• Experience in the installation of mechanical machinery or civil works.
• Proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project).
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong customer service orientation.
• Willingness to travel to project sites for short periods.
