Installation Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Supervise turnkey commercial refrigeration installation projects from the planning phase through to final delivery.
• Ensure all system elements are implemented according to technical plans, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate on-site activities including installation, testing, and commissioning to meet contractual specifications and schedules.
• Manage and supervise the activities of on-site subcontractors and suppliers.
• Act as a primary point of contact for installation area managers and the system design department.
• Oversee the installation of refrigeration cabinets, cold rooms, power packs, piping, electrical systems, and alarm systems.
• Document key project milestones and recommend design or process modifications to improve quality.
• Coordinate with site managers and client project managers regarding contractor performance and timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in a similar installation or supervisory role.
• Proven experience in management, preferably within a multinational corporate context.
• Ability to work on-site in Lima/Callao, Peru.
