Install Technician, Infrastructure Delivery, AWS

Responsibilities

• Support the deployment of next-generation network infrastructure across global data centers.
• Perform rack installation, structured cabling, hardware deployment, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with Network Engineering, Operations, Security, and Logistics teams to execute infrastructure builds.
• Proactively identify risks and ensure strict adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Maintain high execution standards in fast-paced, mission-critical environments with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• Experience with computer hardware troubleshooting and repair.
• Experience in computer networking and knowledge of TCP/IP networks.
• Knowledge of cloud computing technologies.
• Knowledge of fiber optic and copper cabling standards, testing equipment, and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Knowledge of network design, protocols, and Layer 1/2 troubleshooting.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
• Experience dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution.
• Ability to operate efficiently under pressure in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of server hardware and components.
