Install Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the entry door install department
• Plan, manage, and implement schedules to meet daily customer commitments
• Review workload and manpower to meet customer commitments in a cost effective manner
• Ensure that projects are completed timely, below budget and to the satisfaction of the customer
• Review monthly financial/operational reports and develop action plans to improve
• Improve individual performance of the field force through performance reviews
• Assist with hiring, training and developing new employees

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum of two years of experience managing personnel
• Ability to communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Ability to review customer survey data and respond to concerns
• Ability for technical applications and mechanical systems
• Valid Driver’s License and good driving record
