Install Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the install department
• Plan, manage, and implement schedules to meet customer commitments
• Evaluate workload and manpower to ensure cost-effective fulfillment
• Ensure projects are completed on time, under budget, and to customer satisfaction
• Review monthly financial and operational reports to create improvement action plans
• Enhance field team performance through regular reviews
• Assist with hiring, training, and developing new team members

Requirements

• 3-5 years of management experience preferred
• Experience in a company that services or installs equipment/products preferred
• Ability to manage skilled field technicians and office staff
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Valid Driver’s License
