Install Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Installers with bath and shower installations
• Support daily job tasks including setup, demolition, cleanup, and loading/unloading work trucks
• Measure and cut materials, perform framing, and prepare spaces for installation
• Learn and develop hands-on trade skills in carpentry, plumbing, and construction
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked company truck
• Deliver high-quality customer service to ensure a premium client experience

Requirements

• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Strong desire to learn a skilled trade and grow within the home improvement industry
• Ability to accurately use basic tools such as a tape measure and level
• Ability to routinely and safely lift or move items weighing over 50lbs
• Ability to safely operate power tools
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction, carpentry, remodeling, or renovation
