Responsibilities

• Assist the Lead Installer with bath and shower installations
• Support daily job tasks including set up, demolition, clean up, loading/unloading work truck, measuring and cutting materials, framing, and preparing the space
• Learn and develop hands-on trade skills in carpentry, plumbing, and construction
• Help keep the company truck clean, organized, and stocked with all necessary equipment and materials
• Participate in team meetings and hands-on training sessions
• Deliver a high level of customer service to ensure a 5-star experience

Requirements

• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Strong desire to learn a skilled trade
• Ability to accurately measure using basic tools
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to routinely and safely lift/move items weighing over 50lbs
• Ability to use power tools as necessary

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant experience in construction, carpentry, remodeling, or renovation
