Inspetor Mecânico III - Máquinas Móveis

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical inspections on mobile equipment to ensure fleet reliability and operational availability.
• Identify failures, monitor equipment performance, and support preventive and corrective maintenance strategies.
• Open and manage maintenance orders using the SAP system.
• Update inspection plans, lubrication schedules, and preventive/predictive controls in SAP.
• Review spare parts needs based on inspection results and coordinate repairs with the workshop and warehouse.
• Conduct failure analyses and support corrective actions to improve maintenance processes.
• Act as a technical reference for specific equipment and provide support to shift teams and staff.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards, environmental plans, and quality systems.

Requirements

• Completed technical degree in Mechanics or related fields.
• Active CFT registration.
• Proven experience in the inspection of mobile equipment.
• Availability to work in a shift rotation system.
