Inspector

Responsibilities

• Check goods at the factory before exporting (shoes, clothes, backpacks, electronics, toys, etc.)
• Inspect cartons for different models and verify shipping labels (PO number, model, UPC, etc.)
• Document product appearance through photography
• Verify detailed labeling including importer information, serial numbers, and manuals
• Measure fabric material and weigh goods according to specific guidelines
• Inspect container conditions and monitor the loading process
• Count loaded cartons and verify customs and shipping line seals
• Prepare and submit timely inspection reports to customers

Requirements

• Diligent, careful, and honest with a high sense of responsibility
• Experience in garment or logistics industry preferred
• Experience in goods inspection is an advantage
• University or College qualification
• Proficiency in English or Chinese is an advantage
• Ability to travel to provinces for business trips, especially during peak periods
