Inspector Packer

Responsibilities

• Inspect finished goods to detect visual and physical defects before packaging
• Maintain accurate production data, including scrap cause records and work order details
• Alert technicians to any quality concerns or machine issues
• Operate manual pallet jacks to move materials as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and follow housekeeping procedures
• Perform all duties with a high level of safety, quality, and craftsmanship
• Work in a fast-paced production setting while multitasking effectively

Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform physical tasks such as walking, stooping, and bending
• Flexibility to work rotating 1st and 2nd shifts, including overtime and weekends
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proven ability to work effectively with various teams
• History of excellent attendance and reliability
